At Le Souffleur, we’ve taken the speakeasy concept a step further by embracing a backstage theme. Just like a souffleur (the prompter) whispers lines to actors from behind the scenes, we’re subtly tucked away—perhaps even behind a stage—adding to the intrigue of our hidden cocktail bar. The dim lighting, theatrical elements, and intimate setting create the perfect ambiance, making every visit feel like stepping into a secret world.

At Le Souffleur, we believe in the power of classic cocktails, always with a unique touch. From a Negroni and Old Fashioned to the world famous Espresso-, Dry-, or Pornstar Martini – each drink has its own character, thanks to our carefully selected ingredients. We work as much as possible with organic and locally sourced suppliers. These collaborations ensure that every cocktail, from the Margarita to your Whiskey sour, even in its classic form, has a unique and surprising taste.
